Cancellation Policy

Harbor Cruise: All sales are final. No refunds are available for the harbor cruise, whether registered individually or as part of the Elevate & Embark package.

Conference: Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the event are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 5 business days of the event.

Elevate & Embark Package: If you registered for the bundle and wish to cancel, a partial refund equivalent to the conference ticket price will be issued if requested more than 5 business days before the event. The harbor cruise portion remains non-refundable.
