Attaining the entry-level CAPM certification shows your capability to work as part of a project team, with demonstrable knowledge of project management best practices. The CAPM certification ensures that the certified individual has the fundamental knowledge of project management and its associated processes.
This one-day workshop is to introduce/reinforce the fundamentals of Disciplined Agile. The participants will have the opportunity to apply DA to current, real-life projects. This hands-on approach reinforces the fundamentals of DA and begins a solid foundation for creating a new Way of Working.
This one-day Disciplined Agile course will provide an opportunity for hands-on use of the DA Toolkit. This Master Class will enable participants to get started with Disciplined Agile. A persona-based approach is taken, so each participant can focus on their context, their situation, their project or program, their current or desired role. The basics of DA are reviewed, personas introduced, and based on a real-life project or a suggested simulation the participants dig deep into the toolkit to craft their new approach to their way of working.
This one-day course is to review all the Hot Topics required for success with your DASM certification. You should have completed the first milestone of completing the official PMI DASM course. A big congrats on that milestone.
Perhaps you took the on-demand course and want a review, or perhaps were not able to take the exam as planned, priorities changed, and now you want to refresh the subject area to prep for the certification. We have compiled this list of Hot Topics for your preparation.
The DASSM designation is available to those with 3 years of agile experience. This course is designed for those who have achieved the official PMI course- completion milestone for DASSM* and wish to have a refresher of the key content areas. Thus, you have yet to take the DASSM certification exam and want to validate your understanding of the required topics.

Jira fundamentals training is targeted for team members and those in an oversight role for technology delivery and sustainment programs. The hands-on training teaches students how to use Jira to manage and track their work in an immersive environment that simulates a large, diverse organization. The course covers Jira fundamentals such as how to create and search for issues, as well as how to use popular Agile methods Scrum and Kanban while putting them in a practical context.
Jira intermediate training is targeted for team members and those in an oversight role for technology delivery and sustainment programs. The hands-on training teaches students how to use Jira to manage and track their work in an immersive environment that simulates a large, diverse organization. Getting Transformation Done - The Role of Brand (3/15/23)
